We travel all over New England and beyond. Please feel free to email or call the office to have our menus sent out to you right away.
No. We cater to all different size groups.
Onsite cooking is included in our Full Service Catering options. Typically, our crews arrive 3 hours before serve time, (6 hours for Pig Roasts) and serve (buffet style) for up to 3 hours.
The food is cooked on site and our packages include disposable paper goods, condiments, covered/skirted buffet tables, trash cans and trash removal.
Delivery with Service options do not include onsite cooking.
We can make accommodations for food allergies and dietary restrictions. Just let us know what you need and how we can help.
Feel free to mix and match to create your own menu and we will be more than happy to price it out for you!

Yes. Certificates will be presented upon request.
Availability varies by date and Saturdays are our busiest days, so the sooner the better.
Our pre-set menus include disposable plates, utensils and condiments.
When we cater Full Service Events, we bring the trash cans and liners, and take all of the trash with us at the end of the event. We will leave the grounds cleaner than we found them.
Since we travel so widely, our Full Service Menus are listed without prices. Once we know a location for your event (city/state), we will gladly forward menus with pricing.
Pick Up and Delivery
Any of our Pick-Up/Delivery items may be picked up or delivered, hot or cold, and can be re-heated in their own foil pans at your convenience.
If you choose from one of our preset Pick-Up/Delivery menus, yes, it will include disposable plates, utensils, serving utensils and even a red and white plastic table covering. If you choose from our a-la-carte menus, your order does not include paper goods. They are, however, available at $1.49 + tax per person.
For hot items, we try to stay within an hour’s drive of our facility in Pawtucket. Cold deliveries have no distance constraints.

Service charge and gratuit
A standard 15% service charge (also known as an administrative fee) is included on the final invoice to every event. The service charge helps cover essential behind-the-scenes costs associated with producing your event, including event coordination, administrative support, kitchen preparation, packing, and equipment handling. It ensures our team can provide the high level of service and attention to detail that every event deserves.
Please note that this is not a gratuity for staff. Gratuity is entirely optional and can be added at your discretion.
Tipping is never required, but always appreciated. If you feel your event staff went above and beyond, you are welcome to offer an additional gratuity, either directly or through our office.
A service charge is a fixed fee added to your invoice to support the overall service operation, which may include admin and overhead. A gratuity is a voluntary tip given specifically to staff for excellent service and is distributed to the event team.
Absolutely. If you'd like to add a specific gratuity to be split among your service team, let us know and we’ll ensure it’s included on your final invoice and properly distributed.
Any gratuity added through us is distributed among the on-site event staff who directly supported your event, including servers, chefs, and setup/cleanup teams.
